

Another excerpt out of one of Giada de Laurentiis's cookbooks (because I'm in love with her) is this delicious shrimp pasta dish. It has a delicate white wine and garlic sauce that is not over powering at with a kick of red pepper flake. Went great with the fusili pasta and fresh spinach. I had a spinach salad with it and some white wine (Insatiable Chardonnay).
