For once I actually regret not taking pictures! This food was so good! For my best friend's birthday, I went to Makotos which is located in Melbourne, Florida. It's Japanese and everything is cooked teppanyaki-style.

The meal started off with soup which had green onions and mushrooms and then was followed by a salad with a ginger dressing. The chef then grilled up some shrimp and liver patties. I felt daring so I tried the liver patties. Dipped in the sauce they give you, it's not too bad! After that, the chef fried up zuchinni and onions, then fried up some rice. Finally he cooked up the meat we ordered. I got teryaki chicken and new york strip steak.

The meal was really good but pretty pricey. But it's a fun thing to do every once in a while, especially since the cooks do cool tricks the whole time!
