Mediterranean chicken fettuccine (at least, I think that's what my parents brought home to me)
Description:
Breaded chicken breast surrounded by noodles (I think they're spaghetti noodles, if I have my noodles right) smothered in a creamy tomato sauce. In the noodles are spinach, pieces of asparagus, artichokes that taste almost like Hollindaise sauce when I bite into them, diced tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
Even reheated in a styrofoam container and even without mushrooms, I have to say this dinner from Mimi's Market is to die for. Yum yum!
